I'm sorry you disagree with the review our staff has given Red's Java Hut. I understand your allegiance to Red's and the authentic San Francisco experience it provides.
However, our review staff simply felt that the food did not live up to the high standards set by other San Francisco burger joints, such as Burger Island, Big Mouth, Barney's, and Mo's. These establishments have made great strides in burger development technology, whilst Red's, perhaps appropriately so, has remained unchanged for decades.
Simply giving Red's a four-star rating due to the well-intentioned but ultimately misguided sentimentality of an addled FogWatch reader would compromise the integrity of everything we stand for at FogWatch.com.
It is with a heavy heart that I am forwarding to you a refund of your subscription to FogWatch, minus the used portion, which is slightly soiled.
