I think we all need to chill out here. Is it really that important which city is ranked where? We need to remember that the fog spirit belongs to all of us.
That said, it seems a little odd to me that Bolinas ranked #9 on the survey. It's so foggy here sometimes that Bolinas residents can't even find the turnoff on Highway 1 to get to town.
